Real or fake Tese E, never seen these before

heres my Test e from Iran. Ihave used this before a couple of years ago from the same trusted source however picked these up and have never seen ones like this before.
the were made in dec 2006 so im not sure if they are a new design.

Any help would be great.

i just got sum but the ones i have got a white dot on them.i know there legit bcause my bro just finshed a cycle & made great gains.
