First Cycle PCT. Help

I have read dozens of recommended cycles and PCT articles and each one is different. I am getting ready to start my first cycle of Test E 12 weeks at 500mg.

Weeks 1-12. Test E at 500mgs

10 days after last injection I will start Nolvadex at:
Week 1. 40mg ed
Week 2. 40md ed
Week 3. 30mg ed
Week 4. 20mg ed

Is this PCT sufficient or should I add something else such as Arimidex.

bump, as i would like to know too. I am planning on doing that same thing but with clomid added in. just a 10 week test e cycle. would this be sufficient? with some tribulus thrown in at the tail end of PCT.

Its enough in my opinion , but bump too for more input.
