Deca and no HCG

hi,

Is it devastating to be without HCG for PCT or prior (I tend to think it's better taken before PCT) after a 10 week deca cycle?

I'm on a 10 week deca and 12 week test e cycle.

I'm on week 8 and I can't tell if my nuts have reduced to be honest.

should I try and source for HCG or should I just up my clomid or explore *******?

any advice is greatly appreciated!
