I don't like it at all......
1. I prefer working my chest/tri togther and back/bi together. If i do chest/bi together i notice when i work my back My bis r sore and myback workout suffers. This is why i like to blast my chest/tri, then give them time to rest(they r not directly hit during a bac/bi workout)

2. Your shoulder day is nuts, and i think it is overtraining

3. If it were me i would switch to a 3day split like this
Mon-chest/tri wed- Back/Bi Fri- Shoulders/legs

I should add this is what works for me, but i have tried a split similiar to the one you posted it and i had shitty results, and my bod felt like shit during my workouts. With the split i sent you your muscles should get enuff down time to be strong every workout

Also i would not reccomend staying on this workout for a long period of time. (again this is with me) You will notice your gains come to a screaching hault(quickly) with this type of workout.I run the iron man HIT for its duration, then this workout for 6-8 weeks, then back to the iron man.
