So ive come to the conclusion that my bi's are not thick enough, proportionally anyhow. They are growing wide just fine but I want more thickness. Any suggestions??? Thanx.

Bi workout
standing alt dumbell curls 4 8-10
standing ez bar curls 4 8-10
seated alt incline dumbells 4 8-10
hammer curls 4 8-10
cons curls 3 12-15

WOW that seems like WAYYYY to many sets/exercises for biceps. What does your entire split look like??

i like the movements but i would suggest cutting your sets in half. i do no more than 8 sets twice a week for bi's.

Standing DB curls i think are the best "Mass" builders for arms

Thanx all for the suggestions. I will cut my overall sets down a bit, mix in a few new exersises and see what the next few months brings. Cheers.

Standing Barbell Curls 4 sets 12-15 reps
Preacher curls 3 sets 12-15 reps
Concentration Curls 3 sets 12-15 reps

This should do the trick.

I've read it is best to go heavy, usually first workout, for concentration curls..can anyone verify that?

Something that I'm planning to do on my next routine for biceps.

I agree to muich volume. I would do 3 excercises and call it a day.

FYI, there is no "t" in "bicep"
