Im always asking for people to post pics so i figured it was my turn..I just started working out again about 9 months ago and was up to 241 pounds and decided it was time to do something about that , i was just trying to loose some weight and it has became a good obsession, i found a good training partner and he has helped me alot...
The first pic is about 3 months ago @ 220 lbs
The second pic is me yesterday @ 205
third pic is me trying to flex....:tear:
I just started my first test and D bol cycle a week and a half ago so i will try to keep a log and post pics for those that care....

Stats are 6 ft
205 @ 13-14 BF approx..

1-4 weeks D Bol 30 mg ED
1-12 Test E 500 ml week
PCT

Lots of people here will tell you that you could have gotten in better shape before you started...but that's great progress so far.

Remember...."begin each journey with the end in mind"...good pct and hard work after and you should be able to maintain a good transformation

kinda covered up the abs in the last pic but you are deff making progress. Whats your cardio look like? also what do you do for abs I ask this because it looks like very little progress has been made in the abs

Definitely see improvements....keep at it bro! You'll be surprised at how huge you will look after all that fat has been melted off!

thanks for the comments so far, i have been working really hard,eating real clean,doing lots of cardio, i am far far away from my goal and i know i had more natural potential but i have done a ton of research and have made the choice to take some gear so we will see what i can do with it...
for ab workouts i do roman chair,incline sit ups and some nautilus machines along with 30-40 minutes cardio 4 times a week...
thanks for the advice on traps and delts, i have many weak areas.....

i looked at ur stats and thought u were referring to the top pic when u said u had 13-14 bf. i was like this dude must be on crack. but great progress.. keep workin

Look a lot different, however you don't need steroids at this point... are you on a bulking diet? How many calories per day?

A and F to late for that...I am bulking right now with 4000+ clean calories a day...Im already 2 weeks into the d bol and test cycle and up about 5 pounds...

Theres the pics I've been waiting for. get ready for some fun, your gonna blow up like you won't believe. I wish I had thrown in some dbol for the first 4 weeks or so, I would have slammed on 40 lbs. Do you have a cycle thread up and running? I would love to keep track of that. Awesome

Dizzle i have not started up a cycle thred yet, maybe i should....Im about 2 1/2 weeks in and up 12 pounds and i feel great so far...Not alot of bloat like i thought and heard, i think d bol might get a bad rap from people eating like crap...

Nice gains smalls. I see you scoped out my new pics. I put up a few more, I tried to find the closest match in terms of pose and put some before and after side by side to give you a better idea.
