Liver Cleanse and Detox

I was wondering if someone could show me a good place to get some type of liver detox/cleanse formula? Im looking for something, that will hopefully aid my liver, and bring my liver values down some.

drink lots of water, do some serious cardio. eat lots of oatmeal, supplements with coq10, red yeast rice, and milk thistle. that should help.
