Honest? Ok, here we go. Your strength gains were great! Very impressive. However, you don't look like you're 225. If i had to guess, i would say you weighed 190. There is a difference from before to after, but it seems like you just filled out. If i were you, i would have waited and filled out naturally. However, i am the one to talk since i am on and only 17. However, when you see my pics, you will understand. I got a couple q's.
How much bf did you gain?
How big are your arms and waist before and after?
How the hell did you bench 315 8 times?
I'm jealous of the strength bro.
You said be honest, and i have been following your thread, and that's what i think. This was not meant to flame. You asked for honest, so i'm not gonna lie through my teeth and say i'm shocked at your size.

LTC...you already know what I think bro. Great work, keep at it!! As far as leaning out, spend the next several months eating clean, using a good eca and keeping at cardio (don't go too overboard with cardio as you risk going catabolic). After a nice layoff, you may want to consider an EQ/prop/winstrol cycle.

09-10-2002, 09:06 AM
I am with bellicose, you had a lot of natural growing to do. You had not come close to your first natural plateau. You got good results, you are looking a lot thicker, but that is to be expected. Now I would lay off the juice and hit it naturally. Creatine, glutamine, and a good diet. You could easily put on 20-30 pounds in 2 years. Then your muscles would mature, a cycle at that point would be incredible. Anyway, much props, looking good, keep lifitng.
dizzle
09-10-2002, 09:53 AM
Definetly thicker bro. Awesome strength gains. But as some of the other bros said, by looking at your body type and frame, you could have gained a bit more naturally. Good luck off cycle, and keep training hard.

Thanks for your HONEST opinon guys...However, I disagree....I did put on ALOT of size while on my cycle...You may not notice in pictures, but the mirror tells it all...Some people dont always look the same in pictures.....Anyways, Everyone who has seen me thinks I got enormous, so there must be something your not seeing/noticing.....As you know, I went from 193 lbs to 225 lbs ( as of today )......I'm very happy with those results, and yes, my strength gains were incredible......
AZLifer, last time I had my bf% checked, it actually went DOWN while on my cycle.....since then, I have bulked up some, so I'm not exactly sure.....I should be able to cut back down and be shredded within 2-3 months.....
As far as benching 315 8 times, I have no ****in clue how I did it..but it felt good! Keep up with my diary guys...I'm still posting there too...Dont give up on me yet...

Good gains, congrats,
First I challange your integrity on a issue. you say off of this cycle you went from 215 to 375- I highly doubt it.. maybe 215 to 275 for 1 rep..
You say you disagree with everyone, and that everyone says you look huge and etc... well when you start out as a bean stock and then you put on 20 pounds lets say in 2 months, of course everyone is gonna say you got big.
Also your coment on you pics, sorry but pics do show your real size, I am not bragging but look at my pics at 212lbs and your pics at 225!
this is no flame but you need to listen to everyone when we say you should train natually first to get a real base before you use or you wont reach your potential! If you ask any pro they will tell you they had a least 2 years natual before getting involved with gear.
You look great bro. If you think you've made the gains thats all that matters.....One more cycle and you'll be jamming dawg !
Good Job.

09-10-2002, 12:38 PM
Well, I'm sorry to say but pictures DO change the way somebody looks....I must appear much bigger in person......I am 6'2, which plays a huge roll it in as well...Not like you little short guys......Anyways, I dont care if you believe me or not about my bench to be honest...Before my cycle I was getting 215 up for 1 rep....I also didnt train as hard while on my cycle...Last Monday, I hit 315 8 times, so please dont talk like you know me or anything about me....It would be better if you didnt make stupid comments....Thank you guys..For those of you who gave me an honest answer, I appreciate your comments.....Its sad sometimes there have to be these people who like to ruin someones pride and talk shit............see ya soon...

I weigh the same as you do 225 and i am 17 years old.
I am just saying that you look like you can gain much more muscle on your frame. If you fully developed your muscle, you might be able to hold 250lbs on your frame. No need to get pissed just cause i didn't pat you on the back.

OK guys...this has gone far enough. Lets knock it off. You all know the drill, if you have nothing positive or constructive to say, then don't bother posting...period. Maybe LTC should have waited a few years and maybe he should have tried to put on more naturally, but it's a mute point since his cycle is over and it produced obvious results. He may be young but at least he has spent many hours reading and researching and he was safe and logical in the way he approached this...and safety is our main concern. So lets stop the name calling and the schoolyard bickering and get back to what we love...lifting, eating, growing.
BTW...Bellicose...you don't look 225lbs either bro. No flame, just an observation.

You did a great job regardless, and the strength, you can't tell from someones size how much they bench (although that is big boy weight). I think it is that everyone was expecting some monster to show up on there screen. I mean I read your post's and damn I was waiting for Arnold to show up on my screen. 227 just hard to believe, especially when we are looking at it. Keep working. But you know what I say **** everyone.

Progress is all that matters bro. My avatar was taken approx 1 year ago, i was 190 then. I think i've changed alot since then. I'll try to find those pics you posted before. As long as your progressing man, just seems like 25 pounds of lbm would look more dramatic.

LTC,
good results man. I'm not on here to question if someone is lying about how much weight they can press, and frankly i dont know why anyone would lie anyhow. From reading your journal it is obvious you spent alot of time posting the details of your cycle and progress you were making for all of us and i enjoyed reading it.
you might not look 225 in the pics, but its pretty obvious you are. And i do agree with you, pics sometimes change the way we look. I know i have looked at threads on here at least 50 times with pics of people and read a reply about them not looking as big as they sound or looking much bigger. anyhow, good luck post cycle

Bro, you made some serious gains, benching 315? thats crazy. Dont listen to other people flaming, get rid of the excess bf and you will be crazy looking. btw, becareful because hydroxycut will make you weaker. I must agree here wityh one thing, i will pay money to see you bench press 375lbs for 1 rep in good form, and i will also pay money to see you do 315 for 8reps, with no spoter doing the work and your lower back on the bench...this is no flame, just comperison, i am 195lbs in the pic in my avatar, i am far more developed then you (yes i know i am only 5' 9" tall) and i don't do those numbers, was the weight on the flat bench, with an olimpic bar, or hammer strength equipment because i can do almost twice the weight on the hammer strength then regural bench...
Good luck in the future...XXL

To me... weights are just numbers! Who cares who can lift what numbers..? You don't have a tattoo on your back stating "hey, I can bench ###lbs" So when you walk around the beach or anywhere without a shirt on... People can say, wow, you can bench that!!! They are just numbers... and everyone has them, and yes they are all different. Unless you are lifting for competition... It just doesn't matter. I don't think it even needs to be stated unless you are in the Power-lifting Forum!!! If you judge your success by those numbers, your missing out on the big picture. Judge yourself by the way you look in the mirror, by the way you feel and by your progress in the gym. Not the numbers themselves. So let it go…
LTC, if you are happy... so be it!

Thought you lost me huh? Well I've kept track and I'm impressed with your gains. Some folks may disagree on your new found weight but they should realize your height is 6' 1-2" which is a lot of body to fill out. I'm a 5'9" (natural) and it's tough for me to get around 210 and still stay lean. After seeing your results along with a few others I'm 99.9% sure I'm going to take the plunge. After my show in a few weeks it's on to a new world. I've done my homework and will continue to educate myself along the way.
One question: Are you going to go natural for awhile or go for another cycle?
I appreciate the time and effort you put into your diary and I'm willing to bet a few of the other bros are to.
Good Job!

Ebaker, thanks for the kind words man. I thought you dissapeared on me. To answer your question, I am taking 5-6 months off, and then I am planning on hitting another cycle.
2nd cycle : Prop/EQ/Winny/Fina
I am going to maintain what I've gained from this cycle for about a month, eating LOTS but eating CLEAN. Then I will start cardio,ECA, and cutting calories slowly to shred up.
I appreciate everything. Yes, at 6'2 it is a lot harder to fill out, and I am proud of myself and did a good job.

Been gone awhile, but this post is worth delurking for. First, I can't believe the time, energy, and dedication LTC has put into his training over the last 8 months or so... not to mention the money. Shit bro... to keep a training diary like that... how in the world do you find all that time...LOL.
At the time LTC was considering his first cycle, I was against it... for one, I don't know nothin about gear, but more importantly, like the others have said, I do believe one should try and hit their natural potential first and then consider a cycle (if that is their choice)... but only after several years of training and knowledge in the field. And I still think that.
So much for that. He did it anyway...and honestly speaking, when LTC said he could bring up that much weight after one cycle... I was damn jealous. I have been training on and off over the last 10 years, more seriously in the last two and I know that I'll never be able to bring that much metal up... no matter what. Never. So much for the negatives and don't take it as a flame.
The positives... The kid's got heart and if I know that he will be freakin huge one day because he has put so much time into this. I wish I could have that much time and dedication to devote to this. Over time, LTC will gain more and more knowledge and be able to train SMART and efficient. I only wish the best for him because he's a good guy who DOES listen to what others have to say and is very "coachable". So, to the others... don't flame... TEACH.
LTC... WTG man. I know you're very pleased with your results. Enjoy the cloud you are on. Just remember to be safe and in control and learn as much as you can and continue to pick all the brains like you have.
Good luck, Bro.

Do you think it would help me shred up if I take Clen/ECA when I finish Clomid? I want to maintain throughout Clomid, and then hit the cardio and Clen/ECA ( 2 weeks on, 2 weeks hydroxicut )....With diet and cardio, I should get pretty shredded without risking TOO much mass/strength...Correct?
Please help, thanx guys..BUMP to the top.

Correct but dont do too much cardio, that may cause catabolism. (happened to me) I love hydroxycut, that shit really works. For me even better results than ECA. But still clenbuterol is the king of the road! Dont forget to eat 8-9 small clean meals. Add glutamine and creatine to your protein shakes (twice daily). Stay away from milk and diary products. Eat just one apple a day (in the morning) Eat oatmeal as your primary carb source. Eat lots of egg whites, chicken breast, salmon, tuna.....
Good Luck bro

But i gotta tell ya going from 215-375 in one cycle well thats near impossible to do. You just gotta understand one thing when some people dont believe you that you pressed 375 because that hell of alot of weight to do, and No offence you arnt really that Built yet. Yes you look good and you have put some great size on, but your fram just doesnt look like it could push 375 or 315 for 8 reps. Maybe you did do it, or maybe it exageration, whatever it is Be proud of your accomplishments.
You look good bro keep the hard work and dedication up

first off good job. you put on some very noticable mass. but dude you are kidding yourself if you think you can put up that much weight that many times on the bench. come on!

Damn......(join the band wagon and critisize LTC or tell him good job on his gains.....) what to do, what to do.
LTC- looking good brotha! 315 for 8 is a lot of weight....if ya did I bow down to you, hell I'm barly getting for 4 without a spot. Either way you're looking good. So is this a " I can bench this much thread" or a "LTC's results thread"?

great gains Bro, we can all see a good improvement, now unless you're like 6'6" i cant see you weighing 225 in those pics?? here a pic of me at 18 years old at 225lbs, I'm 6'1

Descent results bro. Looks like it did what it was suppost too. I'm guessing you have killer legs? I'm 245 at your height, around 13%bf, and well you can look at my pics. I'm guessing you have huge legs, and that's where you hold alot of your weight. Throw up a pic of'm. I'm also impressed with your strength increases...shit, my arms are pushing 19", chest almost 51" and my bench is only in the 405-415lb range. Your numbers are truely amazing.

I don't see why anyone would get so defensive when someone flames their results. When i plan to start posting pix, i want the flames. I get sick of hearing " hey bro u look great" and shit like that. I want to hear stuff like " your chest needs more size to match your arms" or "u need a better base". When ppl tell u how good u look, it really doesn't help you at all. It seems like every time someones offers some criticism to you LTC, u take it extremely personally. Trust me, i put my time in the gym too and when someone tells me i need to work on something, it hurts, but u have to understand that it is for the better. I don't know why u say stuff like " well u ain't so great yourself", just take the criticism, understand what you have to work on and move on.
I think its fairly obvious and u should expect ppl to tell u that your base is not strong enough and u have not met your natural barriers yet. Thats why everyone is so against using juice so early on, cuz there's no way that by time that u're 22 u will have already reached your genetic potential. You have so much growing to do naturally that u don't need the juice yet, and by using it anyways before your body is ready, i'm sure you are already of the unfortunate consequences that may not be obvious right now, but they are still there. Patience really can pay off.

Suboudian is correct. I cant wait to post my pics of after cycle so people can tell me what to work on, not build my ego, I can do that on my own. Dont get me wrong, compliments are great, but critisism is much more usefull. Use it as fuel in the gym. It seems like many guys are posting pics lately and get so damn defensive, whats the point? By posting pictures youre opening yourself to critisism, if you cant take it, dont post. I think the reason people dont believe or appreciate the exaggeration of numbers is because we've been puttin in work for years, on or off juice, and I think its agreed its almost damn near impossible to nearly double your bench in so short of time. But maybe youre a freak, anythings possible. Others on juice work just as hard and only get half as much strength and thats considered good gains. There is the fact that you didnt work out much before and when you cycled you gave it 100%, so that might explain the crazy strength gains. I do think you should have waited as your base was very small and you were no where near your natural potential. I wonder how well you'll be able to keep the gains but it does seem like you know what youre doing so you should be able to do whats necesary to hold onto them. Height can make things decieving but the guy who posted above was about as tall and much thicker. No matter what though, be proud of yourself as you have come very far by judging the pics. Your back needs work, but again, just CONSTRUCTIVE critisism.

Just to chime in with what some bro's were saying earlier in the thread, if you put 315 up 5 times unassisted, but go to 8, then you put up 315 5 times, NOT 8! Assisted reps don't count when it comes to bragging numbers! Having said that, you are still putting up huge numbers! I'm also curious to see some leg pics. And just to back you up on the weight thing, I definintely believe that you weight 225 if you're 6'2''. One of my friends is 6'3'', and he weighs 220, and he is NOT built at all (not fat either). He just has a large, heavy frame. Some people just weigh more than others (like me, LOL).

totally agree, A. when i went to cali, i worked out with my sister and one of her friends. the friend went to bench 225lbs with one of his friends spotting. he couldn't get a single rep...the bar went down, hit his chest, and he pushed for about 6 seconds and got it 2 inches off his chest before his friend/spotter helped him get 10 reps. i was kinda embarrassed. shit, i can't curl much, but i can curl like 60lbs pretty easily...and if the spotter is pulling pretty hard on the bar (which he was), that 225lbs can quickly go down to 165lbs. funny thing is, i'm sure this guy tells people he reps at 225lbs...hehe.
yeah, i know this has nothing to do with the thread topic, sorry for the off topic post...=)
i hate posting stories like this, i'm always scared the person i'm talking about is a member or something...;)

Your avatar indicates to me that you are smoking too much pot which inhibits your bodies ability to produce testosterone and build muscle
It would also explain the small layer of fat on the belly.
Have you heard the term "Pot Belly"???

I think you should probably wait a while before doing another cycle. keep up the good work.

well i wont bullshit u, nice transformation, but i think u just filled out. looking at t he before and after pics i would say that u really didnt train too much naturally before cycling. but i dont know for sure, just a quick shot! and wow man, thats an impressive bench, 375 is ur max, at 6'2???????? and 315 for 8 ?????? Honesty anybody. but i dont wanan flame, i think we all might be jealous at such massive gains in strength! and its funny cause u didnt even use d-bol or anabol. the power of juice !!! he good luck in the future bro !

i gotta agree with stillsmall. but furthermore, if you do weigh that much, you don't look nearly as muscularly developed as stillsmall or mike_xxl...which leads me to believe you can't lift nearly as much as them.
stillsmall is near you height, but weighs 20 lbs less...but i'd still bet money he can lift more than you, even though he doesn't claim his bench to be so high...
the number are just kinda hard to believe...

Hey fellow AR's, I'm back. It's been about 8-10 months since I have eveb visited the site, and I'm SHOCKED my thread has still been around, especially with over 6,000 views! Listen, I'm sorry for getting offensive to all the constructive comments. I like them, and it was my fault for getting angry at things, it just seems as if everybody was critisizing my gains. Well, its been a year now since my cycle, and I'm weighing 205. I got very sick, and did not train for 2 months. REALLY ****ING SUCKS! I'm extremely pissed about it, but I'm getting back on the right track. I'll be going back to Tallahassee ( for school ) next week, and from then on, the entire year, its back to the weights and the diet on TRACK.
I have decided to go NATURAL for EVER I will not be taking any more AS, at least not for the next 10 years or so, and I'm still not planning on even taking in the future, but who knows, things can change.
I am 20 years old, and have PLENTY of growing to do naturally. I'm about 13-14% BF right now, which is majorly dissapointing. My goal is to hit 210, and about 9-10% BF. I believe this could be achieved naturally w/ my proper diet and working out religiously again.
I have gotten my blood work re-tested, and everything came back 100% perfect, except for my test levels. Not sure why, but they are still low, but slowly getting better. My total test was only 300!
Should I take more clomid ( even though its been a year since cycle? ), Maybe some HCG just to get test levels back to their max? I don't want the lower test levels to hinder my natural gains!
Sorry for the LONG post, but its my first time back in AGES, and wanted to keep everyone updated. Good luck, KEEP LIFTING, and WHATS UP TO ALL MY BRO's who helped me out along the way!
I'll be back quite frequently again, so look out for me!!!!!

Good Work,
I can only hope my cycle will produce large gains in size and strength as yours did. However , mine is a bit more simple than yours was. Just 10 weeks of Organon Deca 2ml a week and Organon Durotestin 2 amps a week for 10 weeks as well.
Good Luck Man. :strong:

you could bench 215 once and after cycle 375 eight times? Did I read that correctly?

Now I remember the reason I stopped comming to AR. I make a post after a year or so of not being on the site, to let people know an update about me and how things have been going on. Obviously, nobody gives a shit.
Anyhow, I thought people would commend the fact I have decided to stay natural, etc. Unfortunately, I get stupid comments as if I am "lying" or changing my story. Let me re-cap.
ON MY CYCLE :
YES, I put up 315 for 8 reps WITH A SPOT ( I know you guys do not count spots, but thats what I did )
YES, I did weigh 230 lbs when finished, whether you believe me or not. I'm not here to argue, I loved everybody on AR, and every here always treated me with respect. It seems ever since this thread, people have despised on me, and now I am no longer worth anything to the AR community. Having said that, this will be my LAST POST here on AR, as I will no longer be around again.
For all you good bro's, Pete, MikeXXL, LLBeast, PaPa, etc thanks for everything. You were truly an inspiration.
GOODBYE TO AR!
For everyone else, good luck with your cycles, etc, and I hope you all achieve the goals you are looking for.

why all the drama lately? I don't understand why people are so quick to react. I am ignored daily on this board...which is probably a good thing, because if people started paying attention to *everything* I said, a lot of things would add up awfully quickly, and I'd not only be banned, but arrested as well...possibly deported - a first for a native born american.
