OK folks I am 5' 10" and right now at 294 I need HELP. Now I know I need a good diet plan and fitness. I would like someone to kinda mentor me if possible to help me with the diet and workout. What do you suggest?

Yes that is Chris my wife kid and me had dinner with him the night before an WWE event in our city. He was a great guy in my opinon. I sure miss him we were friends. I just can not beleive what they say he did.
