i posted in another thread but this is my current routine now:

sun - cardio (hard)
mon - chest/biceps
tues - back/abs
weds - shoulders/triceps
thurs - legs/abs
fri - chest/biceps
sat - off

been doin that for 2 weeks now.. reason for the chest 2 times a week is, as you can see i lack one what so ever...

how much cardio? 1 - 1.5 hours a day twice a day...

running in the morning + push ups, situps, jumping jacks, v-ups, mountain climbers, leg lifts, forward lunges

repeat in the evening..

did push-ups throughout the day, just stop and knock out 25-50 once an hour.. obviouslly i started smaller, 10 or so push-ups and worked my way up.. i can knock out 85 now

i cant stress a healthy diet though.. low fat diet mixed with some carbs and lots of fruit and veggies

nothing does stacking better than egg whites., chicken is also a good bulking tool.
