Hey guys, I'm new to the forum here, but I thought I'd share a picture. I'm 21 years old and 5'10" 165lbs. I started my transformation about a year ago when I weighed about 190. I started dieting and running, while swimming a couple days a week. I ended up losing 30lbs. About two months ago I started weight training too. Since then I have put on 5lbs while just taking a high protein(low fat) diet. I try to eat my carbs before 2 in the afternoon and usually try to take in about 200mg of protein a day. I'm gonna try to find some pics of me when I was 190, but I rarely took my shirt off, due to the fact that I was embarassed. I have a long way to go, but it's a long road for everyone right? I plan on staying natural for the next couple years, and then I might entertain the idea of AAS. I see this forum is packed full of information, I'd love to get some feedback from you guys, thanks!

Keep up the good work bro. My hat's off to you for staying natty for a couple more years. With a solid diet and routine, you should hit 190 again only in muscle. Eat big! 40% pro/ 40% carbs / 20% fats..
btw, you have a yellow stain on your nice dress shirt. Moms going to be PISSED!

LOL on the shirt. You are correct about the stain. I work at Carrabbas Italian Grill so our shirts get pretty messy. Wish my mom did my laundry still, unfortianately I live on my own lol.

I know it will be hard to tell from the picture, but can anyone guess my body fat? I'm aiming for about 8 or 9% by summer time.

i'd probably need to see your back too, but from the picture i'd probably guess around 15%.

Here's some updated pics. Current weight is 175. I changed my diet up a little bit and upped my protein to 300g ed.

ur doin good bro, doesn't look like you put on any fat, just beef. keep it up, and i'm really glad you have decided to stay natural for a couple years, a lot of guys are just looking for an easy way out.

Def just keep on eating and training. I went from a skinny 175 at 6'4" to a not as skinny 230 at 6'4". Its gonna be kinda hard to get ur bf to 10% by summer if you want to get bigger tho. Just a thought..

Wow was your flash on or are you that WHITE&PATSY. lol. Those legs are blinding ;) ... But hey great progress bro. You seem to be very mature about your goals and not trying to rush things. Youve already gone along way and theres no doubt it sounds like its only gonna get better!

I did have the flash on in those pics, but I am pretty white too lol.
