im 6ft. about 215lbs, currently the heaviest ive been and the fattest, yeah i put on a little more fat than i wanted to but hey i did gain 15lbs naturally in the last 3 months. dont worry though im going to maintain this weight for a couple of months and then around jan or feb im going to drop about 15 to 20lbs of mostly fat, im working on it now. currently im juice free, i might try it in the next couple of yrs im only 20 so ive got plenty of time plus ive got to do alot of research before i even think of sticking myself with a needle. ive been reading for about a month now and just joined up. heres a pic. dont trash me too much

Bro you look awesome, dont be so hard on your self. If your front looks nearly as good as your back then i would say you look better than some people ive seen juiced before. Also put up a front pic of your torso and weels and ill give you some more praise , hopefully.

Shoulders are big, arms are large....can see the traps coming through, yeah post a front pic and legs. 20 yrs old keep it up and you can have some dubs for arms.

looking really good bro, the arms are your most impressive feature.
You look like a Pete235 in the making
Keep reading, learning, and then make an educated decision about AS

you've got a great start, and good size for your age and experience!

I'm curious how your new arm routine will work out ... twice a week would be overtraining for me, but we're all different ... keep us posted.
