are you sure you are 5'8 dude? You really dont look anything like 200lbs if you are only 5'8. Good progress anyway.

No I'm lying so that I can impress people on the internet....
I have small arms, im assuming it makes things deceptive, but I have big legs, and a good Back...Thats where my weight is, and thats how you add size, not by doing 15 sets of curls.....

What do you think I've been trying to do??? I can't make them listen, lol!!!!
I'm assuming that I'm just not blessed genetically with big arms and that over time they will come along, but I'm still waiting...I mean the bottom line with Arms is that I see some people in the gym who have awful form, no clue what they are doing, and thus probaly don't eat/supplement particularly well, and yet have awsome bi's/tri's....Yet here I am doing everything right and they are responding not so quickly...It's just the way it is, I am hoping with maturity those small muscle groups will come, atleast I know the important muscels, Back/Legs, will grow and are strong points for me, which is great because in BBing those are much more important than any small muscle group like bi's and tri's...

i too have small arms and train them very stric and eat very well and they don't grow, but i have thick legs and a nice wide back and i am hoping with maturity they will grow, i am just about 19 so i still got a few years to go, i just hate going to the high school gym and seeing kids with skinny legs but huge arms who don't diet like me etc

the lagging bodyparts will catch up guys, or atleast improve alot over the years to come. Im 22 now, and 5 years ago my legs were ridiculous, real skinny compared to my upper body, which was considerably less developed than it is now.
These days, i look pretty much in proportion, or almost. Legs are no longer called skinny, and my arms get comments all the time, when in truth, they are and always have been a weaker area for me.
good, steady improvements, when is your next show?

Thank you....I'm not sure yet, im trying to finish up school, so that makes it hard, but I also want to add some more size before I cut down again, I'd like to either cut down to the same weight as before, but be a bigger 170, or add some size to my arms to make my body more proportional...
