Clen/T3 30ML >?

I was just checking, since the bottles of Clen and T3 are are 30ml, how much do I have to take a day of this stuff, and since T3 can only be used 3-6 weeks. Should I only use clen that long or no?

With theclen, you need to start out low and work your way up to find the right tolerance. Some peeople are ultra sensitive to it and only need to take like 40 or 60 mcg, others arent so much and need to take 160-180mcg, so work your way up slowly and find the right dosage for you. As for the T3, your going to wanna take only 25 to 50mcg, the only problem is that it can be anti-catabolic...which isnt exactly good so...

I ordered the clen 30 and the L- taurine. The clen is in liquid form and i dont know how to use it. Can anyone help me out? Also do I use the l-taurine at the same time. I've had this stuff for like 2 weeks now and havent used it yet.
