when do i start pct after sust and deca?

i have clomid and hcg only,some info tells me its enough but i need starting time after last shot.

run the sustanon a week past the deca...........
day after the last shot of sus start the nolva then 18-21 days after the last shot of sust start the clomid......capiche?

Don't run the hcg (for pct) if you are not running Nolva with it .
