Well what do ya all think I am 18, with 16.5 bi 46 inches around from the chest, traps are 8 inches, and I weight 195 and i am about 5"5.8 and my max bench is about 320 once. From what you guys can tell what do you think and what do I need to work on and how too do it. Any help would be great and much appreciated (I know I need too cut some I am workin on it.)

and bro that video is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!! you have to hold the pose i cant even see anything because all u do is move you arms... how about hold it for abouit 3-4 seconds

See some development in the video... I think I rember you for when you posted your pics before...
Keep at it .... Working out and training.... Make sure you are doing proper form when training .. Dont just try and lift heavy... Get your form down ...
What are you eating ???

yeah jump on a clean diet and a good cardio prog, i do 20 mins cardio after every weight session.
try and take in about 2gr of protein per lb you weigh. As for the lats comment , i agree do some wide gride pull downs and some dumbell rows back to back drop sets. hope this helps
