and I want some kind of feedback and to introduce myself
1/23/08-Hey hey, my name is Melissa. These pics were taken today, and I'm going to mark this as my official starting point. I have been active for pretty much my whole life, I danced from 3 to 8, and ice skated from 8 to 14. I quit and didn't excercise at all until about 2 years ago. I gained a lot of weight, probably from being a pothead in high school. I've been serious for about 4 or 5 months now, and my diet is finally in check. I've run a clen cycle before and about to run var after I get surgery to allow me to breathe correctly. Which also means I will be able to run more than 3 miles much easier! So, remember this is my starting point, don't be too harsh!

Nice tat... and your in better shape than 99.9% of america so dont be too hard on yourself I'd hit it:aaGreen22 but seriously..... just be careful with the var keep the dose very low 10mg ED max... A friend of mine did a 10mg var + clen cycle while dieting and it cut her up fast... she got solid and lean looked amazing after only 10 weeks of dieting/cycling....

haha thank you! And yeah I plan on keeping the dose low and only doing a 7 wk cycle. I'm already dropping weight and building muscle like crazy, so I think the var will put me right where I want to be. Thanks for the input!

Ive done 8 weeks var at 20 mg ed and I got leaner and build some muscles with it.Good luck with the cycle

yea lookin great, dont think u need to do anything personally but lower bf and a little deffinition will look amazing, i wouldnt kick you out of bed for eating crackers,lol

haha thank you all. No, I'm not really looking to compete, really just doing it to please myself. As I said up there, I was active pretty much my whole life and used to be the really athletic, had a 6 pack and all that jazz, now a few years later, I've got the great flat tire and love handles. Ick. I just want to get in the best shape possible and stay there. And yes I will keep everyone updated and post results.

you look very good, as stated before, be careful with the var, it will affect your menstrual cycle and can make you feel ill at times.
you have a very good base to work off though, im sure you will tone up very nicely

How often do you lift? How often do you do cardio? How many times a diet do you eat? No matter how much gear you take it won't help if you eat 2 times a day like most women.
Rethink your path before you alter your body.
What do you know about Var? How much are going to run?
Are you going to be prepared to look good for a month or two after it and then possibly slip back to where you started originally when vascularity and hardness disappears?
My advice...post your diet and workout routine and then go from there.
I don't care if you're a female or male at 100lbs at 5'7 or 300lbs.
Diet and training comes first because if you can't do that right nothing will help you.

I already said I have diet and workout in check...I actually know A LOT about it, I wouldn't even touch that shit if I didn't know as much as I could about it. I actually eat six times a day and go to the gym twice. And yes, I am prepared for all of the possibilities.

Yes, I am. And yes, I do. I wake up and run 4 miles daily and go back around 4ish to do weights.
Off the top of my head...
M1-pro/carb-usually oatmeal w/ protein powder mixed right in or egg whites, multivitamin. eh sometimes raisin bran w/ skim milk and a protein shake
M2-pro/fat-tuna w/ olive oil and lemon juice and unsalted cashews
M3-pro/carb-whole wheat pasta w/ ground turkey
M4-pro/fat-tilapia w/ salad w/ olive oil for dressing
M5-pro/carb-baked chicken w/ veggies
M6-pro/fat-lately has been cottage cheese and leftover chicken or fish from earlier in the day

P.S. I'm only about 80% sure about var...I go tomorrow to schedule my surgery and that will probably be in a few weeks...I'm going to stick to what I'm doing until then and about a month after that and see where I end up before I decide to definitely go ahead with the var. I'm really interested in trying it though and most likely will.

Your body is going to need to recover after these surgeries so I suggest you keep reading until you are fully healed mentally and physically.

Well obviously...I've already talked to my doctor about healing times and since I am already eating a lot of protein and will be after my surgery I'm going to heal a lot faster than average, I just said I'm going to wait about a month after...

in the pics you posted BF seems to be already relatively low but you are lacking muscle development. Also muscle seperation isn't good.
This is exactly where var could help you. I know several woman who took var precomp at 20mg/day for 8 weeks straight and were very pleased with the results. Some even do run winny and tolerate it well, but i would stay away from that in your case.
But be prepared - as already mentioned - that the conditioning achieved through drugs will fade after cycle termination.

please keep us updated with what you choose to do, I I have never seen how AAS (for non-bodybuilders), even var, can effect females, and what kind of results they can expect.
I agree, I would like to see what your results vs sides are, my girlfriend takes 1iu of GH with me ed and has great results when it comes to body fat. Her skin was tight and she ate what she wanted and recovered from training very well, skin tone was best ever. I dont know, maybe PM Gxssr and have him talk to you, he has some real life knowledge of the effects of var on women.

I got here a bit late but I like where you're going. I have a couple friends who are female fitness competitors and with the drastically low bf% it looks off. You say you're at 23%? That seems higher than what I would've guessed, but from the pictures I'd see only a 3-4% drop as being desirable. I thinks its important for a female to hold a softer more feminine look, but with great tone. My girl has a ton of muscle on her, which provides the tight hips strong full thighs and toned arms, but her bf is probably higher than yours. Thats just my 2 cents, I think the Alba emaciated but toned look is all wrong a woman shoud be soft to the touch and I don't want to worry about getting jabbed by ribs and knobby knees!

I feel you've lost a lot of weight already,and you should cut the cardio in half, so that you can focus your energy both kinetic, and resting on other things.
you could still do a mile jog before you workout, but def not 4miles not as much as you do.. once a week is enough for conditioning but thats it.
I would focus more on building up your legs, hence, why cardio would have to be cut down...
do leg presses, hamstring curls for butoxx, and ankles too. Do legs 1 or twice a week. Hit them hard, n let them rest. This should give you more curves in the lower body..
Do a lot of ab work, like 3-4x a week.
light high-rep arm and shoulder work, just to tone..

Maintaining a low weight, and continuing to lose more weight, should be primary achieved from now thru a clean diet.
as far as Anavar goes or any other anabolic, do it only after u've been training heavy for 6+ months.. no idea on doses.. i'm a guy so, take the advice for its worth, but i think it shoudl be good lol

Well, I've decided to take Pooks' advice and basically work my ass off for the next month or so and see how close I can get to where I want to be naturally. If I still feel the need to try the var and clen cycle, I'm going to!! Either way, I'll keep everyone updated on results in here.

If you keep up your current workout routine (which i see you have researched it out and found out what works best for you) you will abotain some very nice goals! If you have questions in regards to Var, clen, gh and women he should be able to answer a lot of your q's. Keep shooting for new goals becuase there are few women out there like you! Man I wish my x's had this type of dedication/determination!

Well, I've decided to take Pooks' advice and basically work my ass off for the next month or so and see how close I can get to where I want to be naturally. If I still feel the need to try the var and clen cycle, I'm going to!! Either way, I'll keep everyone updated on results in here.
Def. keep us posted on how your progress is. Also if you do decide to run the var because im interested to see the results. A lot of guys will tell you no, dont do that its ugly, blah blah blah but its not. your goals are your goals and don't let anyone sway that!:aaGreen22

1/23/08-Hey hey, my name is Melissa. These pics were taken today, and I'm going to mark this as my official starting point. I have been active for pretty much my whole life, I danced from 3 to 8, and ice skated from 8 to 14. I quit and didn't excercise at all until about 2 years ago. I gained a lot of weight, probably from being a pothead in high school. I've been serious for about 4 or 5 months now, and my diet is finally in check. I've ran a clen cycle before and about to run var after I get surgery to allow me to breathe correctly. Which also means I will be able to run more than 3 miles much easier! So, remember this is my starting point, don't be too harsh!

Ah life has been so crazy lately, I haven't been keeping up at all. I'm starting a clen and var cycle tomorrow actually... A lot of bullshit went down the past few months and I haven't been able to commit to much. But finallyyyy things are back on track. And yes, thats my bf. No one never thinks that percentage is correct, but my body has changed a lot over the past 3 years. Like I said before, I ice skated for 6 years and danced for 5 before then, so I was always very lean and toned. I am much heavier now than I was a few years ago. But good thing is, when I work hard, I get into shape really quickly. I'll post updates

OH, I would say that you should wait to start that cycle until you have been going at least 6 months straight. Stuff always will come up but when your on cycle there cant be a reason that you skip out. I would hate to see someone mid cycle have something happen and they stop working out. Then what do you do? stop the cycle right there? Keep the cycle going but miss the guy a lot? Theres no good way to do it.
You look great and theres no need to jump and rush into starting something that your not fully committed to. I would say just wait until you can get a life routine going where your not missing the gym and wouldn't miss a day for anything. Then start the juice, thats just my 2 cents. :wg:
