Is my order shipped or pended b/c its late

On the top it say ordered on the 21st then it says shipped in (). On the bottom it says pending on the 21st. Which is it?

If it says shipped at the top then its been shipped regardless of what it says at the bottom. Late..? Dude its been like a week...sometimes i don't even order my pct until im in the last couple of weeks of my cycle. I dont advise this but lion is always so money i get my shit in 3-4 biz days ALWAYS.
