Alright, I need some feed back on what parts i need to work on (obviously all...) but which ones are lagging behind that I may not notice. I know I'm not very well defined because my diet reflects my knowledge of it. (sucks)... I don't have any pics of my wheels right now, but they are generally the same I work them out just as hard and often as my upper body.

I noticed my left lat is a little smaller than my right one, but that is about it and the fat on my lower pecs never seems to go away at all.

sorry for the stupid pics just what I have right now

sorry i don't know how to multi quote... the pics won't work for you? I'll put host it on another site and put them on here if no one else can really see them because getpaid can right now.

Thanks, the entire chest specifically? My goals right now are to get up to 190lbs. by this summer then cut down to i don't know 145-50? I want to compete someday, but when I start I want to go in at my best to date.

got any ideas on how to get that horse shoe shape... i do a lot of tries and weighted dips and i super set them, but I can't seem to get that to develop. as far as the traps i don't know too much for them i kind of simulate the samethings for them on DB's, bars and machines...

appreciate it
