2 weeks and still waiting.

I made two different orders 1 day apart to keep from making one big order and its been 2 weeks and havent gotten anything. I read where most get it 3-6 days. I have emailed AR 3 times and no response. Does it take longer for some or whats going on? Should I have told him Im from here?
