in my opinion clen does more harm then good on your heart, you only get one treat it well. Run stairs for an hour a day and clean up that diet if you want to burn fat. I cant tell you how many people i have seen tell me they do cardio everyday and cant lose fat, yet they ride an excersise bike at 40% and eat a big mac after.INTENSITY
