Welcome to the forum first thing I would like you to do is to go to the diet forum and read every sticky there. Then post up a diet for us to critique.
Do you currently workout?

Props to you for having the balls (well lady bits) to post your pic. And you look better than 95% of the fat ass american women we see everyday. You have come to the right place. If you have questions ask away.

Thats becuase she is from canada. Or from Ontario california.:aaGreen22 But I have to agree, even after having 2 kids you look amazing! I would def. check out the diet forum on here to help you start onthe right track. Also there is a womans forum which you can join (not too mnay posting in there) but youll get your name in pink and have private access to it. Means no men allowed....kennedy.

You should really try to get into a gym to start some training. It would be the best way to acheive the body you want. If you just add even 5lbs of muscle mass your BMR will increase and you can keep your calories the same while losing bodyfat. Usually without an increase in cals about your maintenance building muscle is scientifically impossible but since you dont EVER workout you will be able to because your body will jsut adapt to doing something new.
