So i was reading up on another board about liquid beef protein, which is distributed via one of their pro body builders, about how this stuff is basically the cats ass. The problem is i am super skeptical of the people that are praising this stuff, and the claims are equally unbelievable. anyways, just wondering whether anybody here has tried the stuff, or heard of it, and whether the results are comparable to the claims that are being made.
sounds rediculous .... and i would try it ..

Yeah I used a couple cases of it. It's good to supplement with throughout the day if you can't get enough food. I also use it PWO as a protein source with insulin. I think it might also be a little hyped up though just like everything else on that board. As soon as Phil sold all of his SUST 500 to some supplier he was pushing something else he claimed was better. You have to remember, that's how these guys make a living, by pushing supplements. I won't even post on that board anymore cause it's like a bad BB magazine.

I have been using for about 4 months. I do like the product. It is not luquid beef, but rather aminos derived from beef. I put about 1/3 of a bottle in a gallon of water and sip throughout the day. People think that you are drinking piss. I did not change my diet and I got noticeably leaner. Some guys claim that you only need to eat 1/3 or your regular protein intake, but I don't trust that theory. Phil claims to only eat 80g's of solid protein and a bottle of lba's (pure liquid amino)per day. One bottle lasts 3 days, but the recommended dose on the bottle would last 30 days. It is basically 5 quality grams of protein per tbsp.

Food is cheaper and probably better for you. If you notice nobody ever criticizes anything on that board basically because they'll all flame you to death and BigA "Dad" will threaten you if you do. I got scammed by one of his precious sponsors and put up a post about it so he emails me and threatens to ban me if I "don't stop crying" about the sponsors. **** BigA and **** his board too.
