5 weeks left till PCT and wondering what to get

Ok im new to this and i was told to read up on PCT's any1 have a suggestion for what pct's i should b doing? i was on deca for 4 weeks and im gonna finish the rest of the cycle with some test. I was told i need to take some PCT's but what should i take daily and for how long?

i understand that but even though read that i can get the nolva and vita-E and hcg but what should i take for armosin? its a prescreption drug and i cant get it in the US
