Newbie needs advice.

OK I am a 28 year old Baseball player and am 5"11 and weigh 168 pounds. I am looking so gain about 15 pounds of lean muscle so i got sustanon 250 and winstrol. What should i do for pct. This will be a 12 week cycle because it is my first one ever.

check out Pct by Anthony Roberts and Pheedno's Pct they give a good understanding on the subject as well a good post on what compounds can be taking for your Pct when your ready.

uhh.. sustanon is TEST
its just a fancy name for a test w/ multiple esters for HRT regiments
