HCG Timing/dose for PCT

From what I gather, I should start my HCG at the end of my cycle and before PCT. So, with a 12 week tset E cycle (possibly adding var along in first 6 weeks and winny for second 6 weeks), I would start HCG at 500 iu eod at week 13 and run for three weeks. I will start PCT of Clom/nolva on week 15 and run for 3-4 weeks. Would this be the ideal way to go? I will also have Arimidex on hand, and if not during the cycle, will run that as well starting about week 10 and through end of PCT at .25mg/day. THoughts?

if u were to run hcg at 500ui a wk from wk4-12 you will keep everything hanging
also with this protocol you will recover from youre cycle much faster
never use armidex for pct only during the cycle at .25mg ed
nolva20mg x5wks
clomid 100mg x5 days and then 50mg x 9days/
hcg 500ui eod x3wks
a test booster like trib and lots of vit c would be a good addition
i also use proviron and clen during pct

I'm also looking into and leaning more towards Anthiny Roberts PCT of Nolva/Aromisin/HCG. From what I gather, Arimidex would lower blood plasma levels of the Nolva? Should I just skip the Arimidex altogether, and keep the Nolva on hand during the cycle and maybe the HCG as suggested once a week during the cycle as well. I dont think I'm gyno prone and want to keep Estrogen levels high enough to promote gains. I may also include Masteron in my cycle, so I want what works best with that as well. So many protocols to shoose from.... choosing the cycle is the easy part, the ancillaries not so much!! Any and all input is greatly appreciated!
