pct right?

I am doing a Deca and winny cycle and i have HCG vials of 3 of 5000 iu and clomid and proviron. someone told me to do my pct like this does anyone agree or have an opinion? I also have like two weeks worth of extra vials of deca is it worth it to use it after 8 weeks? well here's the example of how someone told me to do my pct below and does anyone know the exact dosing for HCG in this and clomid, etc? answers much appreciated

Start the pct three weeks after last deca shot. Run the proviron after cycle and through pct if you have enough.
Run hcg for the same three weeks before starting pct. (clomid)
I would add an AI to the pct.

why you not running test?

I am at my eight week now am using deca dura and winny both injectable no one ever told me to use test plus this is my first cycle. I have 2 weeks extra of deca and am not sure If I should use it. I also need to find out the proper way to do my PCT since this is supposedly my last week if I don't continue past this week. If you know how do a PCT and proper dosing please tell me. I have HCG, and Clomid. If I need to find anything additional I don't have much time. I need to know the proper way for my PCT or I am F$#@!%^& thanks to anyone
