View Full Version : Advice for 55 Year Old
6" 5" and about 270. Trying to shed body fat and am doing hard cardio 4-6 days and traning 3. Having hard time shedding the body fact and was wondering about HGH and if it would help? I have good size so I am just interested in getting lean and cut up.
Any thoughts from anyone near my age?
Note, I am in good health otherwise.

Find a doctor that believes in getting your test and hgh levels back to the way they were when you were 20. They both will help.

coming from another 55 yr old....your energy level will go up with test....you will do a lot more...last thing you will want to do is sit down....so if you are working out and doing hi reps with low weights you should be working in the right direction....have been steady at it for 6-7 months and, for me, it is noticeable.....but test makes you want to stay at it ....
