First save the pic to your hard drive, click the browse button on the bottom of the page, and double click the file name from your hard drive. Then hit submit reply. Try again brotha.

i don't knwo why but my pics came out all dull on here to.i look like a dough boy in mine, but in the pictures in front of me i look cut.i don't knwo why it comes out like that.any ideas?

right on... got some ugly delts goin, the ink makes it even better. Your left delt looks a lil bigger in the pic..prolly the scanner or the angle. Good job bro...i so miss beaing able to do military presses. Get your front delts all thick and beasted. Keep it up man.

i don't have the desire to diet or do cardio. i'm just a big deigo who likes to eat and lift. i actually did cardio for a couple of months and have gotten down to around 12%. i may try to get down to 9% but that's as far as i'd ever go. i see the diets my competing friends are on and there's no way i would ever would ever wanna live like that. I grew up eating a ton of food and i don't plan on stopping. eating is gooooooood. hmmmm pizza...
