haha, i dont do cardio...but im 5'8" 165 lbs or so, and i have no clue on body fat. someone said around 11% but i think its lower than that. ive been doing:
bench: 3x10 with 185 lbs
decline bench: 3x10 with 175 lbs
incline bench: 3x10 with 165 lbs
lat pulldowns: 3x10 with 112.5 lbs
curls with the EZ curl bar: 3x10 with 25s on each side
power cleans: 3x6 with 185 lbs
hang cleans: 3x6 with 195 lbs
back squat: 3x10 with 250 lbs
front squat: 3x10 with 180 lbs
with alot of resistance band work and medecine ball work, theres so many exercises and i dont know the names of half. haha. my trainer said that im doing lighter weight with more reps to get my muscles and tendons use to the movements before we get into heavier weight where alot of explosion is involved. he also told me to do whatever i felt like on upper body besides the stuff i named because my upper body needs to fill out, im naturally more muscular lower body than upper. i dunno what else to say, so if you have a question, shoot.

thanks for the comments guys, ill post my progress in all aspects of lifting/training: power, strength, definition, and mass in a month or so, depending on progress. it seems the gains are coming quicker now than before, so we'll see. thanks again guys.
