whats the best protein shake out there???? which one would you guys pick and why?

1. Optimum 100% Whey Protein
2. BSN Syntha-6
3. CytoSport Cyto Gainer
4. MuscleTech Nitro-Tech Hardcore
5. BSN True-Mass

ok true mass is not whey neither is snytha 6 but nitro tech hardcore is the best but way over priced cytogainer tastes amazing and ive had good results with it when taking pwo and optimum whey is 10/10 lol. cytogainer is a weightgainer as well as true mass

i currently use Nitrotech Hardcore and it's working but when i first started weight lifting, i used Optium Whey and saw great results, maybe just because my body was shocked into growing but the protein had a big part in it, but im going back to Optium Whey

i buy it in a big 25 lb bag from allthewhey. Much cheaper that way.

ON 100% Whey is good stuff.
Synrax Nectar is by far the best tasting whey protein I've ever used.

Optimum is hands down the best. the quality of the stuff in addition to their patented Aminogen formula is in my opinion top-notch

If money was no object I'd be using a BSN product all the time, I also like Maxi-muscle stuff... As it is I am too poor so I just buy 10kg of flavourless whey from Bulk Powders!

I've uses ON more than anything else. But flavor wise I prefer BSN. I've never tried optimum whey though, I may give it a try.

I will never but EAS again. The vanilla whey is horrible. Met-rx Cookies and Cream was pretty good.

i would reccomend isopure, the only time i drink pure whey protein is after a workout and isopure will mix easily with a spoon in water, so its perfect for use in the locker room right after a workout

A few months ago I definitely would have gone with ON's 100% Whey, but now that they've jacked the prices up so much I'm not sure I'd give them the nod. I think I'm gonna try out bulk WPH PWO. I'll see if i notice a difference.

ON whey protein by far for a straight whey only supp. Mixes so easy in water with a spoon or shaker cup and has aminogen. BSN is good for sustained release protein but better use a blender cus that stuff clumps! Havent used weight gainers since high school when i used to only weigh 140 so cant comment on numbers 3 and 5. Muscle-tech seems too commercial for me and well overpriced for what u get. As u can see, ON's whey 100% all the way and its under 40 bucks for a 5lb tub, cant beat that for the quality of it!

Most those proteins are way overpriced. I like labrara v60 myself.

So many of your guys love ON's protein, but the double chocolate I have tastes like shit. Did I just get a bad or old batch or does it really not taste that great? I mix 2 scoops with some water, I tried a cup full of water, half a cup, etc...

Use ON with milk. Its great (the chocolate). But it is too expensive.
