You can pick it up at most vitamin stores.. Ordering off line is dirt cheap.. Just google it or check out the place ya get ya protein from.

I personally use 1g per day.

Another supp to take is liv-52... you can get the from all the usual places also.. ebay is quite cheap to get it off.
