I bought them both and used them each for a week (well i was given them actually) and i have to say NO shotgun was by far the better for pumps and for energy. I would recommend it.

no xplode did nothing for me but no shitgun got me in the zone. i couldnt take my shirt off after an arm workout for about 20 minets so i just bought a shake at the gym and then changed. it was a sample so ive only used it once

I have not used it for awhile, NO Xplode works for me as well but it is not as good as NO Shotgun I will admit.

I used two bottles of Shotgun, switched to NO explode, and now i've switched back to Shotgun,....Shotgun was by far better, more focused more energy and insane pumps. I've heard good things about Amplify 02 but haven't tried it yet, i'm quite content with the Shotgun.
