Hey guys!
As many of you know i am getting ready to compete in 2 weeks and then again 2 weeks later. Here is a picture 2 weeks out of the first show, i am holding a lot of water do to long lasting esters which i have stoped at this point in the contest preperation. So let it rip guys and speak the truth, i don'y want to hear any BS...let me have it, and motivate me to blust through my cardio...lol...

now im very upset. I saw some pics of you when your arms were messed up. and now this pic. today im going to do some crazy cardio.
mike you look AWSOME. Nice cuts and some awsome size. Do you think youll be able to get down to what you want in body fat in 2 weeks. i can see the water.

this picture for me is a motivator, im close to the size in your other pictures, and i would love to shred down like that.

good luck bro on the cardio, and boy, i would love some advice after you get through your shows.

Mike, like the others have said, aside from the water you look ready for whats to come. Keep the updates coming. Don't you have another show 3wks after the first? Anyhoo, you'll kick some ass at both. Looking forward to the pics and the placement. We're all routin for 1st this time around.

You look greta bro. SOme nice size, but youo can tell your holding more water then you'd want 2 weeks out. Don't get me wrong, you look AMAZING, but you'll flush that water out, and you'll be DANGEROUS! Always impresive bro, and good luck with the show. By the way, what weigth do yo uplan on going in at?

Thanks a lot guys, not one bad word...LOL...
I am hoping to come in at the top of the middle weight at 176lbs, the scales around here usualy weight in a bit light, so i think if i can come down to about 178-180 i will make the cut, which is no problem...in the pic i am also flat very little carbs in the past little while, so once i fill up through the carb up and fat load, and drop my water i think i'll be one hard-ripped MOFO...the legs are good very vascular and cross strations on outter and inner heads, wicked seperation on the top as well, the hams are still someing in...and yes i do have another show 2 weeks after this one, which is the main show i am getting ready for so this is just a warm up, wait 2 more weeks after and i'll be ready and then some...;)...

Well bro...you never seize to amaze me. A noticeable improvement from even you last pics a few weeks ago. Just like everyone else said once you lose that water you will be ready to kick some ass. Excellent V taper going on there. Keep us posted on the progress in the next two weeks before your first show.

The fat calipers say i am 4.7% BF, i think i am closer to 6-7%, should be 5-6% at the first show and 4-5% at the second one. As for stats:
5'9"
7" erect...i am not sure if you wanted that one...
182.2 lbs
Chest - 46"
Waist - 31"
Arms - 16.75"
Quads - 25"
Calfs - 15.75" (yeah, yeah, yeah i know it's my weak point...)
and i will try to post a pic of my quads later on...

honestly mike, who am I to critique? but if I were, I'd be asking about your lower abs ... I'm suprised, with your low bf and high vascularity, that they don't "pop", if you know what I mean ...

Lose that water(the little you have), and you should win the show easily...if not then the judges are as bad as the OLYMPIA ones.

I think they don't pop due to a combination of Web cam, lighting, water retention, and it looks like Mike isn't flexing his abs that tight. He'll of course remember to do that on stage.

Make sure you flex those quads when facing front and those hams when facing back. Give them the full show the whole time.

just a little bit of water thats all, you have enough time to get rid ot it. Your thin waist is a nice touch, I wish I had a waist like yours, stupid me exercised my obliques for too long so I ended up with a thicker waist. Your upper body is amazing and I can see that you are bigger than before, best luck bro.

Looking great Mike! You can really see the difference from the last pics you posted. You're alot fuller, thicker, and vascular but you're still lean as hell. Don't worry about the water weight, I'm sure you'll definately lose that before the shows.
