HCG and clomid pct need help wth dosages

28yrs 6ft 190 15% running 4th cycle haven't ran gear in 4 years
new cycle
test 600mg
tbol 4 wks at 60mged
winny 4wks 50mg ed
nolva 20mg ed
10 wks long

my question is this, have 5000iu hcg and 3 weeks worth of clomid, I have read a ton of info about hcg and clomid but got no clear info on when to start the hcg and what dosage for pct every post I read says different things, also when to start the clomid and how much to take if thats different after an hcg run? any one have any ideas? or experience?
what im gathering is that i start hcg at week 6 at 1000ui per week then stop all compounds at wk 10 and do normal clomid pct after the enan has left my bloodstream.

I would drop either the Tbol or the winny, since they're pretty similar compounds, or even better drop both and add a more powerful oral like Dbol or Drol as a kickstarter.
Also because winny works better if you have an already existing low bodyfat, and it's not your case, at 15%.
I would run nolva only if you get some gyno symptoms, otherwise keep it for your PCT.
Maybe you won't need HCG at all, it depends on how long your cycle will be.
