Please help with this question about PCT

So go ahead and bash me for not doing enough homework. Because I didn't do enough research on PCT. Well I wanted to do the Anthony Rogers PCT, but don't have access to anything I need.

I have access to clomid, is there anything I should try to add to the clomid to help for a better PCT??? Also how much clomid should I take? I am taking 400 mg test 10 weeks...

anyway....you can add some nolvadex to this poorly planned pct

start 2 weeks after last test shot assuming it was either cyp or enanthate

week 1
nolvadex @ 40mg ED
clomid @ 100mg ED

week 2-3
nolvadex @ 20mg ED
clomid @ 50mg ED

word of advice....PCT is an important as your cycle....next time, dont start cycle until PCT is physically in your possesion

Anthony Roger's PCT (lol) is advised for pretty heavy cycles, but it work wonders for any cycle as well.
We need to know what cycle you are going to run, because clomid doesn't suffice alone for a PCT.

Yes, both SERMs but with slightly different properties. That's why we mostly use them together.

Im doing a Test Cypionate 400mg/week for 10 weeks... It is my first cycle so I didnt want to stack and I jus wanted to test the waters.

Wait two weeks after the last test shot, then run a 4 weeks PCT:

Nolva : 40/40/20/20 mg/day
Clomid: 100/50/50 mg/day
