next month i will start working out by myself.. biceps no problem, legs no problem, now for the other parts when you don't have a spotter what should you do? use the smith machine or use dumbells... any tips

Ask someone in the gym to give you a spot

what exercises are you talking about, bench? deadlift? some specifics would help

diddo this... the only thing I need a spotter for is barbell bench, barbell incline and barbell decline..... everything else I don't need a spotter and for the most part i lift to failure..... power racks... different machines...dumbells...
