what can you do for cardio if you roll your ankle real bad!

my ankle looks like a baseball lol

I just started a new workout routine that incorporated more cardio cause summers in 3 weeksand now im F'd :(

Well shadow boxing is good. Of course, good boxing technique involves leg work, but you could do without using your leg much. Could even sit down and do it.

Additionally, many gyms have those machines that are like a stationary bike but for your arms.

rowing machine... upper body movement solely.

Can you ankle support your bodyweight for any extensive amount of time?

Because if it can.. you can do circuit training...

Upperbody and core lifts only... short rest periods.

Would be equivalent to cardio.

my ankle looked alot worse than it was...today I got around pretty well, tomorrow im going to try the bike mchn and see how that goes

ice and elevation took down more than half the swelling in about 24 hrs
