Hell!!! That body can make most 25 year ols cringe with a complex.Seriously bro..u should think of competing in the masters(if u haven't done that already).Can you pls share your knowledge with the board?Training history..diet...how to break plateaus(I am sure u have broken many).Really u inspire me!

You should be the poster child for what weight training and nutrition can do for you. I can't imagine anyone not wanting to look like that at any age never the less in their 50's. Your the reason I get up and go to the gym everyday.

Unbelievable, you're an inspiration to us all. You look better than 95% of people half your age, and not a person in this forum wouldn't want to be in your shape come our time to be of your age.

You look better than most of the 'kids' on this site! Actually, you could probably walk-on stage at a senior event and easily 'place'! Great definition! I can only hope to look so ripped at 50+ !!
