hey, i dunno if u guys remember me, i havn't been here for a while.
I just got off a 6 week oral winny cycle. I am very pleased with the results. I gained a solid 12lbs, arms are bigger. bench went from 185 for reps to 215 for reps and squat jumped up alot. i forget what i was at but now around 295 for reps. I think the meal plan at school helped alot too, you know, all you can eat. what do you guys think

looking at your "after" photos, i would say if you have a problem with your arms being a weak point, you address that in the tricep department...your bis definitely (appear to, in this photo, anyway) make up a disproportionate majority of your upper arm...i would imagine that if you hit the tris to a point where they "catch up" you'll be flirting with 16". BTW, they look damn closer to 15.5" and wouldn't pick them out as your weak point if i was asked to pick.

the biggest surprise to me and i'm not doubting u, is that your triceps are relatively small and u still manage to put up an impressive bench

thanks for all the replies, yea if there was a smallest arms/biggest bench contest i would win. I think my chest is strong and over compensates for the tri's. i guess i'll start hitting them harder
