i was wondering if my natural testosterone has been shut down from it?

Haha, I don't know man. Do you feel shut down? If so I think you may have a pretty serious problem of 2 years being shut down. I would imagine though that you just made a much slower recovery than you could have. But the only way to tell is to get your blood checked. symptoms that might be caused by decreased testosterone levels:

weakness, extreme decrease in muscle mass, depression, no interest in sex, body & facial hair thinnering and tippin out, more bodyfat (what can pullulate from high estradiol in a man's body), shrank nuts, higher voice than before, girlish body's line, decrease in height, disturbed sperm production and in small amounts, distasteful mood while there's physical load, easy crackable bones, etc.
