I started PlamaJet today. Began with the half dose (5 capsules) about an hour before my workout.

Pumps were good but not insane...still probably better than any other arginine product I've used. I'll try the full dose in 2 or 3 days and see how I react.

I definitely still feel different about 6 hours later - again, not an insane tbol-like pump, but good - and seems to be lasting...

Will keep posting.

Did another half dose yesterday. Good pumps still, effect lasted about 6 hours. Will do the full dose next time. Seems to be a great quality product.

Doesnt it only come with 10 capsules for a 30 day supply? you said you took have the dosage, that means you have been on it for about 15 days right. Ur post made me think you took 5 at once!!! that would be crazy.

There are 10 caps in a pack that you take every other day. I have done several methods, 10 EOD as specifed and I have done 5 ED, and have had similar results, great product.

Ive Heard real good things about it. Ive used the Amplify 02 and it was pretty good I got really pumped for workouts but didnt get much of a muscle pump. Im gunna have to try some plasmajet

Yeah the dosage is confusing. It's 10 caps = 1 dose. I box = 16 packs of 10 caps to be taken every other day.

I did the full dose today. Slightly better pump than half the dose; lasted about the same length of time

we'll see if the effects wear off over time...
