Can anyone offer a good MRP? I work long hours and need to bring protein with me. I prefer the MRP packets for convenience. Any advice or supplement websites welcome.

Im in the same boat, long hours and hardly any time to get a good meal in for 10+ hours. Any mrp you buy will be super expensive. If i were you id buy an ice chest, 3-4 Shaker cups, Freeze pack, and bulk protein.

Mix 'em all up before you go to work(wake up 15-20 mins earlier) and keep the ice chest in your truck with the freeze pack on 'em.

Im trying to gain/maintain weight so i normally drink 4 Cytogainer shake a day. two with water and two with milk, eat a big breakfast and a big meal right after i get home. Just work with your sceduale bro

true mass is a good one that i like to use. i just put it in my shaker and bring it with me. if i can find milk ill add it or else water is fine. idk if its considered a MRP but it has a shitload of calories
