I like taking the NO energy stuff and i am just wondering what the negative side effects are if any?

Me personally have never taken it, but my friend its been taking it for like a month now, he says no side effects, just good things extreme amount of energy and helps him lift like a animal he says. I wanted to take it but he told me that sometimes he is so wired from that thing that he cant sleep, I already have sleeping problems so I rather stay away from it. Ill let you know if something comes up or I'm going to have him post here for you. good luck
