how did you measure b/f%? 24% doesn't seem very accurate at all. No flame here at all bro, I am around 5 10, 209Lbs at about 21%, and i'm no where near your size at all! I'm just wondering if My measurment of my own bodyfat could b wrong

Good luck, bro, DIET DIET DIET! That has been the key for me. Its hard, but once you start you can stick to it. The hardest thing for me was giving up the boose. Now that I havent been for about 3-4 months I really don't like doing much drinking anymore. Give yourself a free day once a week. That means eat good all day, and eat a nasty pizza or something for one of your meals. Water 1-2 gallons ED, and hit that cardio hard. Good luck!

Sorry, this is my brother's log in name.

my bf% measurment is a rough one. that pic of me is a real bad one, I just had a meal. it was done by BASELINE caliper. I took three measurment 1) upper chest 2) gut 3) leg . Jdawg50 thanks for advice, I am not a big drinker but my B-day is on Oct.29 and after that I will not drink for a long time. my problem is that I dont drink alot of water and my diet isn't all that good. do you guys have any ideas in some good meals for a diet?

my diet is this,

meal 1 oatmeal
shake (muscle milk)

meal 2 2 cans of tuna

meal 3 fruit (orange or banana)

meal 4 chicken

shake (muscle milk)

any idea to make this better

Try lean ground turkey, You can buy it at 1% fat and it will be ground up, Its higher in protien than chicken and lower in fat. I like to make ground turkey burgers. Also, try a Salad with a can of tuna on top with some fat free dressing. I also like lean cusine when i'm cutting. Cardio is very important, find something you like to do, and push yourself very hard. I play tennis for instance. Make sure your sugar intake is fairly low, if you want a soda, drink diet. new studys show that all you really need is 6 glasses of water a day, I would go for 9 or 10 since you will be on clen and you will get dehydrated. Good luck!
