not sure which ones to start with - was thinking of a test only cycle for first time but not sure what to start with? trying to research and learning a little but also getting confused some? please help !

47 yrs.
175 lbs
slim build - want to get bigger but lose the belly
9-months into good solid lifting
trying to learn but need pointed in the right direction

Yeah, there is a lot to read.
But, just to point you in the right direction for your first cycle, if you ultimately decide you are going to do one, should not be a concoction of many things. Of course whomever is selling you this stuff wants to sell you the most, but if he is concerned about your health, they should be telling you to do one thing first. If you take many compounds and have a problem you will not know what compound caused it allowing you to avoid it in the future.
Read about PCT too, it is the most important part of your cycle.
Post cycle therapy to get your boys working again!

alright , thanks guys - i have been learning about pct and i know i want to be ready for that - not sure just yet what to take for it but trying to figure it out - i have a hard time gettig anything out of reading ( small handicap i have ) just takes me a little longer to get it - thats frustrating because at 47 i fell i need to get goin lol .

i thinking my first cycle should be a test only cycle with something for pct . what do ya think ?

I d get a hormone profile first before I d start. prolly u qualify for HRT. another point is that you only have been training for 9 months, so you re a beginner. I d not recommend a beginner to cycle, no matter how old.

do that hormon check up, do 3x week cardio 30minute sessions, get your diet in check. after 6 months, lets talk again :)
