Since everyone and their gma has been asking I decided I'd hop on board and see where I stand with my BF%. So go head and poke fun. Please be respectful. I'm guessing Im around 16-18%, I was 15.3%, 2.5 months ago when I was 205lbs. I'm now hovering around 223-225lbs. I'm 6'0 by the way.

Looking at alot of other pics I notice I seem to lag the formation of my Inner chest, while my chest is not weak by any means. What workouts could I focus on to bring the area up to par? Obviously lowering my BF slightly would help.

without any legs shots I'd say atleast 16%

My estimate is about 17-18%

Fair enough, I cant fathom being any more then 18% since I was only 15.3% 3 months ago but who knows....I really haven't gained to much fat in my cycle, more muscle then anything....

So where am I lagging, what should I push harder on?

It's hard to point out problem areas on alot of people until they get down to a 10-12% bodyfat. Trust me, once you lean down some of the muscles you thought were strong points will actually be weak points and areas you think are lagging might actually be better than you think.

Well that makes sense, I cant wait til next winter when I start working towards 10-12%, I'll be changing eating, exercise, my workouts. Right now I think my strongs are shoulders, weak is my arms :tear:

your arms look big in the second pic & your body fat I would say 16%

I have a real random question about myself, some experienced guys may know. What is the body part directly under my chest and about 2" above my belly button. Its from rib to rib. I dont see that on most people. On me Its like a solid plate that I can flex and It feels hard as steel. Below that in my stomach area It feels nothing like that. Its somewhat hard to tell from the pics, the 1st pic is the best example. I'm guessing Its like my core? Again I dont see It on many people so Im very curious. If I lose BF under 10% range will I have abdominal muscles there?

I would say you are around 20%. I think at 15-16% you would at least see a little vascularity, I see none on you so I truly believe 20% is a better guess.
