250mg of Test E and Nolvadex PCT question

in my 6th week of Test E and am noticing some on and off nipple sensitivity.
i've been told to start taking 10mg of Nolvadex during my cycle and then up it to 20mg as PCT.

what do you think? when should i start the higher dose during my cycle and for how long after. i need to know how much to have on hand. thanks kindly.

sounds like your getting a lil bit of gyno symptons. You look into arimidex? I would start at .25mg ed and try that out. After a few days adjust as neccesary. Adex work pretty damn good!
