how to come off????

ok being new to this i want to know what i need to take after i finish my cycle of delatestryl. plan on taken it for 2month at about 1/2 a cc a week. (thats what i was told to take since i dont want to get to big) just want to know what i should take dont want to lose my gains. any info would be great
