Ok my situation is that my dad wants me to hook him up with some test and D-bol. He's in very good condition for his age. He did a couple of cycles of test and dbol back in his late 20's early 30's.

His stat's

6'1: HT
235:LBS
50: AGE

How does steroids effect men in their older ages? Are there more risks/side effects?

Theres no way I could get him to see the Doc. He has this thing where he just hates goin. He had a bad experience where the doc gave his dad some wrong shit and made him die. Ever since that the doc is out of the question.

Personally there is no way I would give any kind of compound to someone his age who won't even see a doctor. How do you know he doesn't have health issues that need to be addressed that could be exacerbated by the addition of steroids?

He went 2 years ago and got a full body exam. He passed with flying colors. Shortly after that his dad died and he hasnt been back since. So it wasnt that long ago! My questions really havent been answered.

The question that fits your specific situation has been answered, it's just not the answer that you desire.

And this has been the truth with many members sadly...

I'm 47.. I like it, depends on his goals, cholesterol history, blood pressure.. why the dbol??

HRT from a doc would be the bomb, and get the GH checked as well, then his insurance would kick in.

hmmm.. seems you have his mind made up for him already... has he had his prostrate checked?? at age 35, then every 5 yrs after that?? if not.. that would be the best advice..

nothing more manly than a man who is afraid to visit the doc to go and have him drive his finger up his arse.. now that's manly. Takes guts, that's why i see a female doc, with small hands..

I moved this to the over 40 forum, these old farts should help more..

The thing is that if I dont give him the risks then hes gunna do it plan and simple. Personaly I dont want him to do it but he doesnt care. He keeps saying give me reasons not to. All I could come up with at the time is that "your old and fragile and things could go wrong." IDK what to tell him!

You say in your first post in this thread that your dad wants you to "hook him up", then say regardless of what you say he is going to do it anyway. What if you just tell him there are risks involved and he needs to see a doc, then don't "hook him up".
By the way, how old are you?

If i dont get it for him he will find a another way to get it. I would rather get it for him so I know he's at leat injecting with real stuff and not bunk crap

It sounds to me like your mind is already made up, we are the voice of reason and you don't want to hear it. You have been given good advice, now do as you wish. Good luck.

I would have guessed much younger, but that's irrelevant. I'm out of this thread, good luck to you and your dad.

the proper advice has been given. get your dad to a doctor or forget about giving him steroids.

pretty simple, dont you think?

>forget all about taking him to see a doctor

>at that age (and I am his age) I'd go see two doctors because doctors screw up, have prejudices, ect. If his insurance covers it, I'd go see two of them. Plus, based on my heavy involvement with doctors and inuries, nothing beats a second opinion.

>up to this point i've done only two steroid cycles. When I was younger I used to kid around with myself by saying that I'll be a straight arrow for most of my life. And then when I get to be in my 60's and 70's I'll rev things up by doing things like coke and the steroids. Because the fact is many of us stress our bodies with chemicals and drugs when we're young. And I always knew that getting old sucked, so why not train naturally when I'm young and save the best weapons known to man for when I'm old? I was always a little backwards. And I was just kidding about the coke.

>why is your dad considering doing D-bol? Is his self esteem low to the point where, because of his size, he feels inferior? In the initial stages of the planning process I think you guys should stick with doing a feminine cycle, or low androgen stuff, for a guy who's in his 50's. That's the safe route.

how about telling him he needs to see a doc to get a LEGAL PRESCRIPTION for what he wants/needs..

then he won't have to worry about POTENTIAL CRIMINAL CHARGES if he is caught with a bottle of hormones.
